Our newly renovated bungalow is a short walk or bike ride away from the newest section of the Atlanta Beltline. Our home features lots of style, technology, and comfort for your stay in Atlanta. Even though our home is on a quiet and tree filled neighborhood our home is 5-10 minutes from downtown and 10-15 minutes from the airport. We are also less than 5 miles from Tyler Perry Studios. We recently added a lots of outdoor seating a 5 burner propane grill!
The front door opens into a roomy living/kitchen/dining area which will become the main hang-out area. The living room has lots of seating and a 55-inch smart TV with Roku. The living room also features a large vinyl collection and a record player. The kitchen includes lots of cooking gear and a nice array of spices & oil. A coffee maker, filters, and coffee are provided. There are enough plates, glasses, bowls, and silverware to serve 6. There are three bedrooms and two bathrooms located in the home. 2 of the bedrooms feature queen beds and the master bedroom has a king bed with a private bathroom.
Bed Summary: We recently partnered with Serta to feature their brand new iComfort Hybrid mattress in each of our bedrooms. If you want to purchase after you try we have a special discount you can use! Our home features 1 King bed and 2 Queen beds.
Outdoor Space: The highlight of our home is definitely our large front porch. We have a patio table with seating for 6 and 4 Adirondack chairs perfect for enjoying morning coffee or an evening beverage. We suggest enjoying a meal outside since the weather in Atlanta is nice most of the year.
Parking: There is a driveway with 3 parking spots that you may always use. Additional cars will have no trouble finding free street parking.
Our home features a total of 2 HD Smart TVs with Roku signed into Netflix, HBOMax, and Disney+. Guests can also log into their own streaming services via the Roku interface. There is a smart TV located in the master bedroom.

Our home is located .7 miles (15-minute walk) form the Marta West Lake Transit station. The Atlanta university Center is located 1.4 miles away and is about a 5-minute car ride. Uber and Lyft are cheap too because Mozley Park is really close to all the ITB (Inside the Beltline) neighborhoods, the airport, downtown, and midtown.

***Please note a $300 pre-authorization hold (not a charge) will be placed on the credit card used to book your reservation 24 hours before check-in. City of Atlanta Short Term Rental Operating License Rules
1. It is unlawful to allow or make any noise or sound that exceeds the limits set forth in the City's noise ordinance City code Sec. 74-131). Be considerate of the neighborhood and your neighbor’s right to the quiet enjoyment of their home and property. Quiet hours start at 9 PM.
2. The maximum occupancy of this short-term rental unit is 2 adults per bedroom.
3. __4__parking spaces are available at this property. Do not park on lawns or in a manner which blocks driveways, sidewalks, alleys, or mailboxes. Drive slowly through neighborhoods and watch for pedestrians and children playing.
4. Any violations may result in immediate termination of the agreement and eviction from the short-term rental unit by the owner or STR agent, as well as the potential liability for payments of fines levied by the city.
5. Please make sure the number of guests in your reservation is accurate. A guest is defined as any person who visits the property for at least 5 minutes. Additional visitors not included in the reservation must be approved in advance by host. Unapproved guests are subject to a $50 fee per person and/or immediate cancelation of remainder of reservation without refund.
6. Guests must provide an unaltered copy of their Driver's License or Passport to host through Airbnb message thread within 24 hours after booking so we can independently confirm your identity and finalize your reservation.
7. Events, weddings, parties, commercial video, and photography are prohibited unless approved prior to check in. If you have any questions, please reach out to us and explain what you are trying to do, and we can determine if it’s possible to host your event. Good communication is key.
8.SMOKING IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED. $500 smoking fee. If you smoke outside, please dispose of your smoking related trash.
9. Please remove makeup before getting in the beds. If sheets or linens are stained, we will have to charge to replace.
10. If available, early check-ins must be preapproved and may be assessed an additional fee. Late Checkouts must be pre-approved by host. Unapproved late checkouts subject to a $350 fee.
11. No matter what the package says, flushable wipes or anything besides toilet paper and human waste should never be flushed down toilets.
12. We provide a gas grill, but guests are responsible for providing their own propane and cleaning the grill after each use. If the propane tank is empty, you can exchange the tank at local gas stations between $20 and $25.
13. No glitter or confetti Our cleaning team will charge an additional $100 if they have to clean glitter or confetti.
14. Our cleaning team charges a $350 biohazard cleaning fee if they have to clean up vomit, blood, or any other bodily fluid.
